I was at their store to port my number. Staff enters my number into computer and says I'll get the USC via . Nothing. Staff tried 5 times before the SMS came through.

Now I'm trying to submit a port request to , an on_Globe's_network. I've submitted my number dozens* of times. Nothing... at all.

And just recently I used the of a bank affiliated with Globe ( group of companies) and it was to send me SMS verification. It took several tries. 🙄
