I am not happy. My a/c had been leaking yellow oil. ❓ Service people weren't responding to my request for service, for over a week. So I contacted the Seller. They must've twisted someone's arm because Service told Seller they'd come the next day. That's today.

They opened the a/c. Looked. Broke a big plastic piece. Claimed it just fell out. (Liar!) Looked and fiddled. Removed the wrapping around the tubes. Fiddled some more. Wrapped everything again. And fixed NOTHING! 😡
